Source hierarchy
Spain’s official gazette, government ministries, the Large Companies and Strategic Groups Unit and official consular pages take priority over blogs, aggregators and social posts. Personal experience can identify a question, but cannot establish a general rule by itself.
Information we do not freeze
Thresholds, fees, appointment capacity and administrative practice can change. Where information is vulnerable to change, the guide identifies its review date and links readers to the current official source.
Boundary of general guidance
Website content is not individual legal, immigration, tax or social-security advice and does not guarantee a visa or residence outcome. Personal circumstances, filing location and the rules in force on the filing date require separate review.
Corrections and updates
Guides display publication and review dates. Send an error or newer official source to info@ostadandpartners.com. Material changes are reflected in the next recorded review.
Who is responsible
Current public guides are attributed to the Ostad & Partners editorial team. An individual contributor is named only when readers can verify that person’s identity, role and responsibility.
