1. Identity and residence
- Valid passport and current lawful-residence evidence
- Criminal-record documents for the required periods and jurisdictions
- Family-status records for accompanying relatives
2. Employment or professional activity
- Employment or client contracts and start dates
- Employer confirmation that the work can continue remotely from Spain
- Company-history evidence or genuine client and invoice records
- Degree, professional training or relevant experience evidence
3. Income and payment consistency
Contracts, invoices, payslips, account credits and tax records should be reconcilable. A short chronology can identify name, date, currency or amount inconsistencies before they become translation and filing problems.
4. Insurance, social security and family
Do not assume that travel insurance satisfies the applicable requirement. Confirm the current health-insurance and social-security treatment for the applicant's actual employee or self-employed structure and add the evidence required for every accompanying family member.
5. Translation and authentication
The treatment of an Iranian-issued document depends on the document, authority and filing channel. Confirm the current process before ordering translations in bulk. Preserve originals, use consistent name spellings and record issue and expiry dates.
